"The entire experience is what keeps bringing us back year after
year. Home cooked food, cozy accommodations along with the friendly family
style eating arrangements make us feel like we are right in our own
cottage. We have been fortunate to have Doug Hawkes as our guide and his
outstanding dog, Brit. Having raised dogs most of my life, I would say that
Brit is as good as they come. The hunting grounds and conditions are
realistic, you never feel that you are hunting on a preserve. The occasional
partridge or woodcock add to the natural hunting."

"Shepody Pheasant Preserve covers over 400 acres and
takes in some of the most beautiful country New Brunswick has to offer with
breathtaking views and excellent hunting grounds. Proprietors Claude and
Lynn Dixson greet you with down-home country hospitality, including the best
home-cooked meals from appetizers to deserts. I have hunted pheasants in
many states and provinces and have yet to see one top Shepody."

"Shepody is a place where hospitality, accommodations
& friendship are a way of life. This has drawn us to return for over
ten years."

"We've been hunting Shepody for the past 12 years.
The accommodations, the great meals, the quality of birds, and the scenery are
all outstanding!"
