Traveling east from Calais, Me. 
From the border crossing at St. Stephen, follow Route 1 east towards Sussex. Approximately 8 miles past Sussex, take Exit 211 to Route 114 south. Follow the signs through Fundy National Park and Alma to Riverside-Albert (about 50 miles). Before entering the village, make a right turn at the corner onto Route 915.  Drive 3 miles, then turn left on the Mary's Point Road, drive 1 mile to the Shepody Pheasant Preserve, located on the right.

   

Traveling east from Houlton, Me.
 From the border crossing, follow Trans Canada Highway Route 2 south to Coles Island, then take Exit 365 and follow Route 10 south to Sussex. At Sussex, take Exit 193 to Route 1 east (towards Moncton). About 8 miles past Sussex, take Exit 211 to Route 114 south.

Traveling west from Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island
From PEI:  Hwy15 from Confederation Bridge to Moncton 
NS:  TCH Route 2 from Aulac to Moncton

Then, follow the signs for Fundy National Park.   After crossing the Petitcodiac River to Riverview, head south on Route 114 to Riverside-Albert.  At the intersection by the Old Bank Museum take Route 915. Drive 3 miles, then turn left on the Mary's Point Road, drive 1 mile to the Shepody Pheasant Preserve, located on the right.
